Data Tables give your reusable reference data — customers, sites, SKUs, price lists — one home in Manifestly that your workflows read from. Add a Choose from Data Table field to any step, and a teammate picks one row in the run while Manifestly fills the rest of that row into your other fields. Update a row once and every run sees it. An Enterprise feature.

Pick one, fill the row
It's a VLOOKUP inside your run: choose one value and the linked fields populate automatically, recorded in the run's activity.
Reference any column
Every column becomes a token like {{Customer.AccountManager}} for step content, customized emails, and SMS.
