- Add Steps to Sections: Expand existing workflows with new, relevant steps — no need to start from a blank field.
These tools save time and make it easier to standardize how your team captures repeatable work.
What’s Coming Next
We’re extending AI across the platform to make workflow creation, quality, and insight even stronger — while giving admins more control over how AI is used.
- Account-Level AI Controls: Organizations can choose to disable AI features for all users to meet internal privacy or compliance policies.
- Import from Documents: Upload a PDF, spreadsheet, or Visio diagram and Manifestly will build a draft workflow by analyzing its structure and content.
- AI Workflow Review: Automatically scan a workflow for broken links, grammar issues, inconsistent logic, or missing steps before publishing.
- Consistent Quality and Tooling: Infrastructure improvements to ensure stable, predictable AI behavior and performance across accounts.
- Inbox Tips: Personalized AI insights highlighting which workflows or runs need your attention most.
- Choose Your AI Provider: Select which AI service your organization uses — including options beyond OpenAI — to align with your security or procurement requirements.
- AI Workflow Summaries: Generate short, clear summaries of completed runs for status reports or client updates.
- AI Step Suggestions from History: When building or editing workflows, get recommendations based on your organization’s most common structures.
