Workflow reports now give you a clearer picture of how your workflows are performing, where bottlenecks are, and whether your workflow setup is healthy.

Late Steps

See which steps are frequently completed past their due date. The report ranks steps by how often they're late within a date range, so you can spot recurring bottlenecks and adjust due dates or assignments accordingly. Click into any step to see the specific runs where it was late.

Collected Data

View all data collected across runs in a single table — filterable by date range. Export the data as a CSV for use in spreadsheets or other tools.

Title Length Check

Long step titles can get cut off in notifications, Slack messages, and mobile views. This report flags steps with titles that may be too long, so you can tighten them up before they cause confusion.

Token Check

If your workflow uses tokens like {{Customer Name}} or {{Address}}, this report verifies that every token referenced in your steps has a matching data field. Catch broken or misspelled tokens before they show up as blanks in a live run.
